XXXX and cashapp have given me no indication that I'll get any help or get my refund. XX/XX/2025 The amount of {$160.00} was paid and within the first hour or so I reached out to cancel my order but the person only asked why and that they would look into it but they never replied to me again after that. I read through their refund policy and it clearly states you can cancel before it processes but I never got my refund or received what I ordered. I paid through cashapp and I've made several attempts to request money back and reported it to cash app but they keep telling me that they can't find evidence of a scam even though I sent them screenshots of the information I found on the XXXX website with other people saying they were scammed by this website as well. I've tried to message the customer service several times directly but I am not getting any replies and they denied my refund request through cashapp. I reached out to the XXXX and they informed me that the person didn't respond to them. I've filed 3 scam reports with cashapp with screenshots but keep getting an email saying they won't be able to reimburse me, XXXX said they can't force a company to reply, and the actual company won't reply or accept my refund request.
