I am submitting this complaint against Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion for ongoing and willful violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Despite multiple disputes I have submitted over time, the credit bureaus have failed to perform a lawful reinvestigation or provide the required method of verification for disputed items as required under 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 7 ). The bureaus have repeatedly sent generic verified responses without supplying any proof, documentation, or evidence showing how or from whom the information was verified.
