Consumer Narrative
Freedom mortgage is refusing to release my PMI, even though my loan has reached the XXXX percent paid amount ( I placed XXXX percent down at the time of closing ). In addition, after sending me a check for {$210000.00} for escrow overpayment, Freedom Mortgage increased my payments from {$2700.00} to {$2800.00} ( beginning XX/XX/XXXX ) to allegedly accommodate a $ 658 yearly insurance payment that is due in XX/XX/XXXX for next year. My insurance for XXXX was paid in full to my insurance company by me on XX/XX/XXXX.
