I paid off my vehicle on XX/XX/year> with a debit card I was told I would receive the title in 45 days after I called back a second time I was told they were holding my title for 45 days then I could pick it up or they would mail it out I was in the process of getting a loan and needed the title which now they need to pull my credit again there was no reason for them to hold my title after the car was paid off they didnt even send it to the state I still need to do that and have them removed from being a lien holder
