First thing lets make it clear when you come in the middle of the night and steal my truck that is not the following. A voluntary repossession requires you, the borrower, to initiate the process and arrange to return the vehicle to the lender. An involuntary repossession ( simply called a " repossession '' ) occurs when the lender or its agent takes the vehicle without your cooperation, which can be done without prior notice in many states, often in the middle of the night. The bank 's action of taking the truck in the middle of the night without your involvement is an involuntary repossession, not a voluntary one That is issue 1a issue 1b I never did somekind of secured teleconference or what ever you going on about as it is false information anyhow. So now that you know it was not a voluntary anything lets stop lieing about that. 2. Wells fargo reported it as a involuntary and also charged repo fees and you left the truck in my name for 13 years and then bought the loan back inn 2021. Again all pointing to nothing voluntary at all. Just lies flowing from you. 3 I was having issues with my health and you rep avoided my calls only to do the arbitration discrimnating agaisnt me major. . Arbitration is a form of alternative dispute resolution in which the parties to a disagreement agree to have their case heard by a neutral third party ( an arbitrator or panel of arbitrators ) outside of the traditional court system. The arbitrator reviews evidence and arguments from all sides and renders a final, legally binding decision ( known as an " award '' ), which is generally only subject to very limited judicial review. You will note there are 3 partys to do this right. When one of the partys is disabeld and waited 13 years on you it is not arbitration to have one party unable to be there for what ever reason. You attitude is as such that wells fargo keeps getting caught stealing for the people that bank with them showing you have learned zero and you are a problem being at wells fargo bank and one that maybe should have went to jail with other wells leadership. You should be put out of business for stealing and lieing. You are not even good at that.
