I am requesting that Ally Bank : Correct the account to reflect {$0.00} balance and closed status ; Provide written confirmation of account closure ; and Notify the credit reporting agencies to remove or correct the inaccurate reporting. This is a clear violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and furnisher responsibilities. I have attached all supporting documents, including payment proof, lease information, dispute records, and correspondence with Ally Bank.
