I received an email notification that they were attempting to collect a debt however they did not provide a way to respond in written communications. The email only provided a phone number and a message that the email inbox was not monitored and I should not reply. The email did not contain an amount or description of the debt. Additionally this debt is from a medical agency that I am still in communications with attempting to dispute the charges. The dispute is ongoing and I have been clear that I want to resolve the matter with them. The last communication I had with the XXXX XXXX, the medical provider, was XX/XX/XXXX requesting a clinician review the medical coding. The debt collectors began calling on XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX repeatedly. I did not answer and they sent the aforementioned email on XX/XX/XXXX. The company is Nationwide Credit & Collections Inc.
