This is a supplemental submission to complaint ID XXXX. I am attaching two exhibits : ( 1 ) a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX, and ( 2 ) my XXXX credit report dated XX/XX/year>. These documents show how the furnishers responded to my formal disputenot by honoring the payment arrangement or providing the requested documentation, but by updating an already existing tradeline with even more damaging and inaccurate information. The updated balance does not reflect the amount agreed upon in the contract, the payments made, or the correct remaining balance. Instead, it shows that I owe 100 % of the debt, as if no payments were ever made. This was done after I submitted disputes to Halsted, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX Exhibit A2.02 clearly states that a negative report XXXX be submitted if you fail to fulfill the terms of your credit obligations. I fulfilled those terms. The agreement was finite, and Halsted, acting on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX honor it. Based on the exhibits and phone recordings, Halsted operated as an agent of XXXX. Therefore, XXXX must honor the terms Halsted communicated and executed. If they refuse, they are effectively admitting to a coordinated pattern of violations designed to inflate the balance and extract additional payments.
