I am filing this complaint because the account from XXXX XXXX XXXX has been reported inaccurately and in violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681i and 1681s-2 ( b ) ). Upon my first initial dispute, this account was not reporting on my Equifax credit report only on Experian and TransUnion. However, after I disputed the account for inaccuracy and unverifiable information, it has now appeared on my Equifax report, which was not the case originally. This change indicates unlawful reinsertion and improper reporting, as the account was not verified as belonging to me, and no notice of reinvestigation or new verification was provided as required under FCRA 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ).
