I said this to SIMM Associates inc Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I am entitled to request and receive validation of the debt in writing, and to limit communications to written correspondence. I will not be calling your office. Please provide the requested debt validation documents in writing as previously outlined online. Once proper validation has been received, I will review and respond accordingly regarding any potential payment arrangements. I expect all further communications to be in writing. Yet they keep insisting I call them. I did receive some documentation but one of the files they sent had personal and confidential information about another person from a different state involving a different loan.
