I find it very unfortunate that Transunion has ignored my requests and doesnt seem to care about the consumer. I submitted a complaint already to Transunion and was completely IGNORED, I am a victim of Identity theft and have attached a FTC identity theft Affidavit. I regularly check my credit reports these last few months and my scores due to pressing needs of me and my entire family. I have been reaching out to Transunion regarding items I believe to be inaccurate and unlawful to post about me. This has caused me a lot of XXXX and anxiety which I have been getting treatment for and along with this I recently suffered an event that has causedXX/XX/XXXXXXXX. This has caused me to take time away from work and I have been trying to find a new home that takes me away from the area that can possibly trigger my XXXX. However again due to the derogatory items being reported about me damaging me, I have been unable to obtain new lodging in a safer community for me and my family. I have previously reached out to CFPB regarding this as Transunion being one of the important Credit Reporting Agencies in my region just about all lenders seem to use them to verify my financial worthiness. Also if this is indeed the way that Transunion operates then I would imagine that other people in this country experience the same outcome when they dispute with them as well. I have researched and talked with others and I can not seem to find anything supporting this occurrence. I have reached out to Transunion about this multiple times calling their call center where I can not seem to get reliable help regarding this situation and most times my calls end with their representatives hanging up on me and not calling back until days later from an unavailable number and not leaving a direct line for me to reach back to the representative that I would hope is from a higher level of representation. So to all of this then please explain the errors and false misleading information on my report and the exact process being used to verify them as I honestly believe that they are illegally being reported to begin with and if they are removed as they should per law then I have no reason to dispute.
