Consumer Narrative

I am filing this complaint because my credit report contains multiple inaccurate and misleading entries that violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). The addresses listed XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX are incorrect and should be removed immediately. Under FCRA 607 ( b ) [ 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ) ], credit reporting agencies are required to maintain the maximum possible accuracy of consumer information, and these inaccurate addresses create confusion and potential identity concerns. The account XXXX ( Account XXXX. XXXX ) is being reported with a {$0.00} balance but shows a closed late status, which is factually incorrect and misleading. Similarly, the following charge-off accountsXXXX XXXX ( {$1200.00} ), XXXX XXXX ( {$8100.00} ), and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$360000.00} ) contain inconsistent reporting on balances and payment histories that can not be verified. According to FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), furnishers are required to report only complete and accurate information, and under 611 ( a ), I have the right to dispute and request a full reinvestigation of any data that can not be substantiated. Additionally, XXXX XXXX ( Balance {$1600.00} ) and XXXX XXXX ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX, Balance {$330.00} ) are being reported as active collections ; however, I have not received proper validation of these debts. These entries should be verified or removed in compliance with FCRA 611 ( a ) and 623 ( a ) ( 2 ), which require correction of inaccurate or unverifiable information. The report also shows XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Reference # XXXX ), which appears to be inaccurately linked or reported. Public record data must be verified with the courts and can not be reported in error under FCRA 607 ( b ) and 605 ( a ). Finally, the following hard inquiries XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX )XXXX XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ), XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ), XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ), and duplicates thereof were made without my explicit authorization or permissible purpose. This violates FCRA 604 ( a ) ( 3 ), which limits the access of consumer reports to those with legitimate business needs and proper consent.
