Refiling COMPLAINT ( S ) for removal, because XXXX is defiantly refusing to comport with 15 USC 1692, 1681. DEMANDING XXXX BE REMOVED FROM COMPLAINT, AS THE REPORTING OF DELINQUENT PAYMENT XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX IS AN OVERT ERROR, MANDATING CORRECTION. THERE IS AND WAS NOT LATE PAYMENTS. FACT IS : XXXX IS IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT 15 USC 1692, & FEDERAL CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION ACT OF XXXX ( CFPA ).
