Consumer Narrative
I am filing this complaint because Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion have failed to remove and block fraudulent and human-trafficking-related accounts and inquiries from my consumer credit reports, even after receiving all required documentation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). I am a verified victim of human trafficking and identity theft, as confirmed by my FCRA Section 605C Self-Attestation Form, Identity Theft Victims Complaint and Affidavit, and supporting identification. Despite submitting certified dispute packets to all three credit bureaus, including proof of identity, trafficking documentation, and FTC report, they have failed to comply with FCRA 605B, 605C, and 611 by not blocking, removing, or correcting the fraudulent data. The accounts and inquiries were opened without my authorization and resulted directly from my victimization. They include : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Fraudulent debt ; opened without consent XXXX XXXX Fraudulent account ; violation of FDCPA 807 false reporting XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ) Fraudulent inquiries XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Unauthorized inquiry XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Unapproved account and inquiry Under FCRA 605C, all adverse information resulting from human trafficking must be blocked within XXXX ( XXXX ) business days once proper documentation is received. Under FCRA 605B, identity theft-related information must likewise be blocked or deleted within XXXX ( XXXX ) business days after a valid identity theft report is received. All three bureaus were properly notified and provided full documentation, but they have failed to take any action or respond with proof of verification as required by law. This continued reporting of false, unverified information violates : FCRA 605B Failure to block identity theft information within XXXX days FCRA 605C Failure to block adverse information resulting from human trafficking FCRA 611 Failure to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation FCRA 607 ( b ) Failure to ensure maximum possible accuracy FDCPA 807 False and misleading credit reporting by furnishers These violations have caused ongoing financial harm, credit denials, and emotional distress, despite my full legal compliance and cooperation.
