I. INTRODUCTION This complaint is submitted to demand immediate regulatory enforcement against the above-named Respondents for systemic, willful, and repeated violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), the Truth in Lending Act ( TILA ), and Metro 2 compliance standards. These violations have resulted in the unlawful reporting of fraudulent collection accounts, inaccurate late payment coding, continuous charge-off status after settlement, and refusal to reinvestigate disputes submitted directly by me, the consumer. STALL TACTICS AND OBSTRUCTION Credit bureaus have previously refused to process disputes by falsely claiming they were not believed to be submitted by the consumer.
