To Whom It May Concern, This letter is in reference to my prior request for full verification of the alleged debt associated with the account XXXX XXXX, which you are reporting to one or more consumer reporting agencies. Failure to comply may result in formal complaints being filed with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ), the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ), and my State Attorney Generals Office for willful noncompliance with the FCRA. Please respond in writing within 15 business days of receiving this letter with full documentation or confirmation of deletion.
