I fell past due on my capital one card in error. I asked for the late fees to be waived. The rep did rebate a fee of XXXX. My confusion came from my latest statement. The statement has no reference of a past due amount and I thought this was regulatory. The rep said I was past due XXXX dollars and I received a XXXX on that. Since my statement had no past due amount causing confusion, I would like capital one to zero out my min due for the month so I can get back on track with the account. Please look into this into the statement issue as well. If the past due amount is not on my statement, the same is true for hundreds of others.
