on XX/XX/XXXX I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX Huntington Bank to Pay {$50.00} for a same day wire of {$23000.00} for our home closing on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. The wire was not processed which I was informed when trying to close. I called the XXXX XXXX branch at XXXX letting them know if did not go and it was holding XXXX families closing up. They said they would check into it and call me back. At XXXX I still had not received a call so I called them again. They did not know what was happening and would not allow me to speak to the XXXX again saying they would call back. I then called the regular customer service number where a kind lady tried to assist and whom check with the wire dept who said nothing was wired. She told me I had to call the branch back or go in. Since I have a moving truck and movers I could not leave my house. So tomorrow, XX/XX/XXXX my attorney and I will be headed to Huntington in XXXX XXXX. I hope you do your job this time.
