M & T increased my mortgage and are charging me back taxes. They are doing this because they say that I have not paid taxes since I purchased my house. This is incorrect, because I already submitted this paperwork, and M & T already discounted my monthly mortgage rate because of the paperwork I already submitted several years ago. I am a 100 % XXXX veteran and I receive tax benefits because of it. After a recent audit from XX/XX/year>, M & T says that they no longer have the paperwork ( or NEVER received it ) that I submitted several years ago when I purchased my house. After learning all of this information because M & T already stole the money out of my personal checking account, I recently resubmitted all of the paperwork again. I have had several, several conversations with customer service over several hours over these past weeks ( months ). I keep getting past from one department to the next, to one agent to the next, and no one is helping me resolve this issue. M & T is blaming me And says this is my fault because of what I supposedly told them viaa phone conversation several years ago. M & T says this is all my fault and that theres nothing I can do and that my mortgage will be at this higher rate ( several XXXX XXXX increase ) and they have already started taking money out of my personal checking account to pay for the back taxes. I resubmitted paperwork that I went and just got from my XXXX showing all of my tax credits that I should be receiving. I submitted this several weeks ago, and I am still being told there is no change.
