An arrangement was made with them for a payment on my account. I also request written confirmation that no garnish will take place and that any further communication be handled respectfully and in compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Requested Resolution : Stop any unauthorized payment attempts before the XXXX Provide written confirmation of the agreed payment arrangement Cease all threats of Wage garnishment.
