Ive been disputing multiple inaccurate and unverifiable items on my credit report with TransUnion for several months. Despite sending several written disputes and providing documentation, they continue to report dismissed bankruptcies and unverifiable accounts. My disputes were sent in XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/year>. TransUnion responded late on XX/XX/year> past the legal XXXXday deadline and simply marked the items as verified or updated without providing proof or documentation. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681i ), TransUnion is required to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation and provide the method of verification. They have repeatedly failed to do so.
