On XX/XX/2025 XXXX XXXX reached out to regarding if I found a home. I explained to him I went with another lender. He started to use abusive tactics to see if he could get me a lower rate. I felt pressured and finally gave in. The next day he requested the real estate contract and stated he could get my interest rate lower. I explained to him that underwriting would need more income from me as my debt to ratio is too high and my husband has to be on the loan. He requested my husband information. It became overwhelming as he was pressuring me so I stated I will stay with my current lender. He started to shift his tone and stated he will work with veterans who will work with him. He proceeded to send me this message via text Best of luck! Let us know if you get a back up or things go sideways on you. It's a shame you are going to be paying a higher interest rate when we can easily close on time. He was very hostile and he doesnt need to work for XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX He was very mean and misleading with his rates as it still had to go to underwriting. Please look into this matter.
