While going through a open bankruptcy, I was reached out to by a company known as auto fresh start, they are a company that promotes no need to come into dealership sign all paper over online and come pick up your vehicle as there means of how they do business I was fully aware of that. They found a XXXX XXXX charger SXT that had approximately XXXX miles on it and they painted the picture that the car was in perfect condition when I signed my paperwork I did notice that they did not offer a warranty. I questioned and asked can I please purchase a warranty they said no they dont offer warranties on used cars. I said OK thats fine so long as the vehicle is 100 % fine I shouldnt have a problem. Its a used vehicle when I got the vehicle the next day it was parked in reverse at the XXXX in XXXX XXXX dealership when I walked in the XXXX, I asked for XXXX who supposedly worked in the bankruptcy department known as auto fresh start so these XXXX entities exist in XXXX building XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Florida. I test drove the vehicle and drove off no problem. There was no engine light indication on when I pulled up to the house same day I later on decided to go get some food when I put the vehicle in reverse there was a clunk noise. I immediately called XXXX. They told me he left for the day and that he wouldnt be back until Monday so I XXXX XXXX the vehicle until Monday and I contacted XXXX and told him that theres something wrong with the vehicle. I brought the vehicle back. He said that theres nothing wrong with the vehicle. Thats probably just a hiccup and that I needed to go buy insurance and put it on the vehicle myself. I said no Im gon na get the vehicle looked at and Im gon na come back to you with the information I went and got the vehicle looked at the mechanics, found that the transmission was slipping and failing, and that it needed to be replaced. They also noticed that the engine light was forced off meaning that when they plugged a computer up, there was a code that ran off saying gear XXXX failure in transmission. I brought the paperwork back to XXXX at the dealership they denied again helping me or returning the vehicle and canceling the loan they said I put XXXX miles on the vehicle and they didnt want to take it back. I only put goals extra miles on the vehicle because I could not reach XXXX for almost a week so I had to continue doing my day-to-day business cause they sent out he was the only one I talk to so so when XXXX finally decided to come to work and I talked to him, I said I was gon na bring him all the information and show proof that the vehicle is completely messed up when I did so he finally decided to try to listen after I had paperwork and proof then he went into the finance department day once again said no because he put that many miles on it they said if he wouldve brought it back sooner, I couldve gotten another car. I looked at XXXX and said I did bring it back sooner. You all told me to leave so now you guys are lying to me ever since then Ive had problems trying to keep payments going with the vehicle I fallen behind and my credit is completely destroyed. The only resolution I would like out of this predicament is for the vehicle to be returned me to be put in a vehicle that actually worked and the old loan to be removed from my credit score and my credit score to be put back correctly with it being taken off and a new loan being added on Ive been facing this problem with them since the end of XX/XX/XXXX this is an ongoing situation. Ive already tried to reach out to the XXXX XXXX XXXX Because they wouldnt respond to me. The XXXX responded to me. It took him time and he said he would offer me a warranty that would help cover my vehicle and he never reply back after I agreed on the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called the company for XXXX weeks straight. He never returned my call. They keep telling me hell come in the next day hell come in the next day theyll pass a phone call along to him. I just 100 % feel like this company knew this car had a bad transmission from the get-go and they just needed to sell it because theres no way at XXXX miles. A charger transmission is already slipping and no one even fixed it when they tried to resell it also, I want to add XXXX who worked in auto fresh start which is a company that exist inside XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX. XXXX told me he found the car. It comes to find out that this vehicle was actually registered to the XXXX XXXX and they just took that car and sold it to me. Also, I found out the owner of auto XXXX and the XXXX or owner of the XXXX in XXXX XXXX they are related or they are friends from what the front desk woman told me so they work together and Ive been trying to talk to both of them and they both keep denying that this problem happen on my behalf. It did not happen on my behalf. Ive been complaining with them along with avid acceptance who all the people who finance my loan since XX/XX/XXXX about it and no one has done anything other than a deferment.
