To Whom It May Concern, I am filing a formal complaint regarding a disturbing experience with a representative from [ Insert Agency Name, if known ] who contacted me regarding my ex-husband 's debt. I am not associated with this debt and called back to request removal of my number from their contact list. The representative was immediately rude. When I expressed confusion about what she said, she told me I " sounded stupid, '' yelled at me, and then hung up. I attempted to call back multiple times, but the call would go silent or drop after hold music. I finally called from another phone and requested to speak to a manager but was told I could not. I am on the National Do Not Call Registry. The original call came via a robocaller ( XXXX ), and I was insulted when I tried to assert my rights.
