XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX owner XXXX refused to sale me her puppies and refused to refund the money paid through Block ink cash app nothing. {$1200.00} XXXX Block Ink better known as cash app was contacted they refused to take any action. I was not aware they didnt protect the customers like Pay Pal. However my youngest child has lost her beloved puppy due to a hit and run accident that she purchased from XXXX before so I thought this transaction would go smoothly as before. But I was wrong she was being paid through the cash app chain for two puppies. I was going to get one as well she had worked with my youngest child before so I was just in the background paying for the puppies. She refused to sale us any puppy XXXX XXXX and refused to return the money requested through the cash app chain. Cash app was contacted as well they was rude and refused to help said it was nothing they could do contact the bank. Which was not known again I was use to working with Pay PAL so I knew this company was similar so I thought we was protected from matters like such l plus we had no idea this older woman would turn so evil and cold and not sell us the puppies or puppy and would not refund the money. Again my younger child had been a customer before she got a chocolate male schnauzer she named bandit who was killed. So she wanted to go back to her in honor of him.
