I made our minimum payment on XX/XX/XXXX for the minimum balance due of {$130.00}, we were having problems with the account that Barclay card pulls the auto payment from so I paid the account a few days early to avoid them from taking out their auto pay, which is an ACH payment. They then for some reason said that the account was past due and they lowered my credit limit from $ XXXX {$3000.00} putting me at a 95 % ratio of available credit to balance. Which will affect my XXXX XXXX because my utilization is now at 95 % and before it was at 16 %. I called to figure out what they were doing and the representative said that my minimum payment was short by {$.00} and it was not. She was referring to next months payment of {$130.00} the representative had no idea what she was talking about because it is clear that the payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX for a due date of XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of the minimum payment due of {$130.00} because their system took out a payment from an account that is no longer being used. They decided that I was past due where I was not past due because the payment was made on the XXXX. They have now lowered my available credit to XXXX. If this gets reported to the credit bureau, it is going to have a dramatic effect on my XXXX XXXX which intern will cause me to have a lower XXXX XXXX and not qualify for certain things that I would like to purchase this needs rectified ASAP and they owe me money The pictures I have included show where in XXXX I had {$17000.00} available credit and now they have plummeted that down to XXXX I also show you the payment made of XXXX XXXX
