A lady named XXXX called from XXXX claiming I need to pay them from Acima loan. Left very threatening messages of location tracking and law suits and has been very aggressive with threats. When I asked for a receipt for payment they told me they do not email receipts and it the just the bank statement. I was not told about any lawsuit or collections attempting to reach. I would like this forwarded to acima as this third party collections seems to be an ongoing scam with others. I believe my information was sold or stolen
