Consumer Narrative
To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this complaint to demand immediate deletion of fraudulent, unverifiable, and inaccurate reporting by PNC Bank and XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). I have repeatedly contacted PNC regarding XXXX accounts being reported : Account # XXXX Shows a balance of {$1.00}, which PNC staff confirmed was forgiven. Reporting such a trivial debt is inaccurate and violates FCRA standards. Account # XXXX PNCs own collections staff ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) confirmed no record exists for this account, yet XXXX continues reporting it as open with no closure date. PNC representatives have confirmed : No balance is owed. The second account can not be located. These tradelines should not be reported. Despite repeated confirmations, XXXX continues reporting these accounts, demonstrating patterned, willful misconduct, including : Repeatedly ignoring verified information provided by PNC staff. Continuing to report unverifiable or trivial accounts after multiple disputes. Causing direct, ongoing harm to myself and my children, including repeated denials of banking services, credit, and financial opportunities which are directly harming myself and my children. Direct Impact / Harm Denial of banking and credit services prevents me from supporting my children as a single mother and sole provider. Severe stress, XXXX XXXX, and XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX impacts for me. Emotional and developmental harm to my children, supported by written statements from my children supporting their distress. This ongoing harm has caused missed financial opportunities, financial setbacks, including significant emotional, social and developmental harm to my children.Their negligence and bullying tactics are preventing me from supporting my family as a single mother and sole provider. XXXX told me this could be a red flag to bankers, loans etc and continued to aid in my continued denials of credit and services, directly tied to their inaccurate reporting. This pattern of repeated violations reflects deliberate corporate wrongdoing, not isolated errors, and justifies enhanced compensatory and punitive damages. This also constitutes continuous and direct harm, which is fully documented and legally actionable.
