When noticing my credit report, I seen that they reported I was 90 days past due from XXXX. I reached out to an agent asking them to please remove the late payments due to inaccurate information they had listed on my credit report. When speaking with an agent she stated I had 2 accounts which I was not aware of. So, they open another account with my acknowledgement. I requested as a courtesy to remove the inaccurate information that they are reporting. The agent claim they are unable to update the reporting mistake but when I filed a dispute with the credit bureaus, they reported back that all the information was accurate which was false. Here are in XXXX they are telling me my account is still open and active. If it is still open and active, why is it not being reported. So, they have a lot of false information circulating around. Verbally I am being told my account ( s ) are open, but my credit report is showing it is closed.
