The last complaint I filed against Rausch Sturm LLP was closed because they replied falsely. I have a confirmation number for my payment to them and I contacted my bank. Rausch Sturm LLP replied they didnt get the payment due to " insufficient funds '' After contacting my bank I have a statement ready that says I had more than enough in my account to cover the {$410.00} for over a week following the payment made on XX/XX/year>. I have already contacted the attorney general of Minnesota and the courts in XXXX XXXX. The informed me that there is no actual case against me filed in the court system so the papers they've sent me are a fear tactic they've tried. I have sent my response already.
