Dispute # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX charged my Discover card for {$5600.00} which was unauthorized and paid by a different means. A Visa card ending in XXXX was used to pay the full balance on the room, XXXX has been notified of this and I have submitted the receipt FROM XXXX, along with numerous emails from them proving the charge was unauthorized and should have never gone through. The charge put me over my credit limit and therefore should have been denied by Discover as it is but regardless, the dispute has not been investigated fair and accurately by Discover as they still have not fully refunded me or removed the charge from my account. This is unfair and cruel for this company to mishandle a dispute in this manner. I have submitted tons of proof and evidence and Discover has not helped me in the slightest.
