I called Wells Fargo in XX/XX/year> to find out where my 410K funds went since their 401K department had closed down. I was also unable to access my online account anymore. They told me to call XXXX but they also couldn't find an account under my name. I opened a case with Wells Fargo ( XXXX ) last year and they still haven't located my funds. Unsure of the current amount since I last checked it was over $ XXXX. Company associated with the 401K account : XXXX XXXX XXXX What I'm trying to locate : The name and contact information of the financial institution currently holding my 401 ( k ) assets. My new account number or plan identifier under that institution. Any documentation confirming the transfer of my funds.
