I recieved an email while at work that my account will be closing. They restricted my account so I could not withdraw use debit card or have access to funds. Then I went to the branch they let me withdraw all funds except XXXX which is the amount of a claim that is pending. They gave me a provisional credit for this claim and they are withholding this amount from me because the claim is pending. They are refusing to complete the claim and refusing access to the funds and when asking for the policy on this they are not able to provide anything on it. So I want the funds from my account.
