XXXX OR THEIR AGENT/LOAN BROKER solicited a loan from my deceased father 's wife, senior citizen in the state of Arizona. The real estate on XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Az by law was subject to division of all community property at the time of XXXX XXXX XXXX death XX/XX/XXXX. We know Dad paid off the loan on the property 13 month after purchase & left XXXX with a substantial dod pension and social security to cover her expenses including property tax.. XXXX 's husband has XXXX living descendants. At the time of her death XX/XX/XXXX all property tax was paid.... and we had not approved a loan so we had no idea that there was a mortgage. DOD retirement and Social Security are automatic deposits so funds would have been in account to pay for first half of any property tax. We were contacted bay a man calling himself XXXX XXXX trying to buy our signatures for {$5000.00}. not sure if he works for you or the auction house you just sold my dads home on.
