I am filing this complaint against LexisNexis for failing to provide me with a complete copy of my consumer disclosure file, as is my right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). This is while they are simultaneously furnishing my public record information to other consumer reporting agencies ( CRAs ) like XXXX and XXXX. I requested my full consumer file from LexisNexis through their official process. In response, I was unable to obtain a complete report. However, my credit reports from both XXXX and XXXX clearly indicate that the public record information they are reporting is being provided by LexisNexis. It is impossible for LexisNexis to be furnishing data about me to other CRAs if they do not maintain a file on me. Their failure to provide me with the same information they are supplying to others prevents me from verifying the accuracy of this data and exercising my right to dispute it. This is a direct violation of my rights under the FCRA.
