Around XX/XX/year>, I applied for the XXXX XXXX XXXX from capital one with a {$300.00} dollar sign up bonus and a 15 month XXXX XXXX APR. I was awarded neither. I did not see any indication of these in the first bill. Was told that I had not applied for that offer. This is blatantly not true as this is the default offer currently. It was indicated to me that I had applied for the good credit instead of excellent credit. My XXXX XXXX when I applied was over XXXX. Capital One was unwilling to help fix the situation even though I brought it to their attention as soon as I could have.
