I took out a loan and the interest rates and direct deposit amounts they said I needed to make were incorrect. They notified me of the errors and told me I needed to sign a new contract. I did not sign a new contract and now my daily interest is adding up and they call me back telling me to increase my direct deposit amount which they told me I needed to make. It has been a year and only XXXX XXXX has been paid off when I have made about XXXX XXXX in payment. I responded back to them via text since every one I spoke with has givin me incorrect information or has told me something different which should be recorded on their phone calls. I am looking over past billing and data to see that I am being charged late fees from their errors and being paid less than XXXXXXXX XXXX over a weekly pay of XXXX XXXX towards my loan.
