Hello, im working in today because i was charged ( {$70.00} ) XXXX overdraft fees that i dont feel i should have been charged for and your customer support told me there was nothing they could do after i just got charged another different overdraft fee a week prior for being less than XXXX hours late to send money to fix the account due to your email ( i live in California XXXX but the email said XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX???? Like why would you not just change the email to the customers time zone and allow till XXXX in that time zone? I think thats crazy to charge me for because it was before XXXX my time here but it wasnt bolded like the other text. Which seems wrong because why do your customers in California get till XXXX like the customers on the XXXX XXXX get. Thats wrong in itself. Back to the first topic, I was charged incorrectly from the retailer XXXX causing this account to be low on funds and I requested a refund as soon as it went through and they refunded me asap but I guess not in time for you guys to take more money that I dont have away from me because of the processing time I even questioned them about it and they said it had gone completely through on their end so you guys had to have been able to see, if anyone looked at the account, that, that money had been refunded and idk what you guys were doing that it took multiple days to post it to my account I work hard for my money and you guys just take XXXX XXXX like its nothing from people that dont have money like that .. the refund showed up as pending in my account so I thought it was fine and didnt think about it till I checked and the refund had went from pending back to looking like a normal charge so I called customer service because my account had payments coming out, causing it to go negative more and cause these overdraft fees that didnt even match the transactions that actually made the account go negative. Which doesnt even make sense because those last XXXX charges that were listed as what the over draft fees were for the XXXX payment and the XXXX payment and it definitely hadnt been more than a few hours since those had been charged. So when I was talking to the second level escalation person I was told that if I called back when the refund finalized that we could get those fees taken care of because it was a merchant error, so I did that today and now they are telling me there is nothing they can do if that is going to be the case here XXXX done with this account and Ill take my business elsewhere. 7 years and I get charged XXXX dollars for being XXXX hours late to deposit money when I always have brought the account back to positive in the past??? Or this time where it was a merchant error that charged the wrong card and your system when there was obviously a refund that you guys already had possession of before it was released to me. This doesnt even seem legal please contact me about this issue or like I said Ill just close the account and take my business elsewhere, I feel totally disregarded disrespected and unimportant to your company so I think maybe that might be the right decision. And if anything to make you look better than just a corporation taking money from the little guy would be to refund all three fees because they are absolutely ridiculous when online banks these days actually support overdrafting and are more than happy to do so..
