I have reached out to Chime on four separate occasions ( XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ) about my account. Yesterday ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I went to to login in my account and notice I couldnt get in and that my account was closed. I wasnt given a notice, I reached out first by email then I had called. I explained everything from how I havent had my physical card since last year and that the last time I was fully able to see my card I had an negative balance of XXXX dollars. I havent used my chime account since XX/XX/XXXX thats when I lost my card. Yesterday ( XX/XX/XXXX ) they told me that they couldnt reopen my account nor refund me the money that was used.
