Background * On XX/XX/year>, XXXX issued a letter to me confirming that the XXXX XXXX XXXX was deleted from my credit file. * Confirmation # : XXXX * XXXX explicitly stated : The disputed item not currently reporting on the XXXX credit file. * However, as of XX/XX/year>, the XXXX XXXX account is still showing on my XXXX credit report. Violations 1. Improper Reinsertion of Deleted Account : Under 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ), once an item is deleted it can not be reinserted unless the furnisher certifies the accuracy of the information and the consumer is notified within XXXX business days.
