I made a payment of {$280.00} to XXXX, which was successfully processed and received. That payment was never disputed. Separately, I was also charged {$250.00}. Before disputing it, I contacted XXXX to ask about this charge. They told me it was still pending, but in fact the money had already been withdrawn from my account. Because XXXX did not resolve the issue, I disputed the {$250.00} with my bank, which refunded me. After that, XXXX froze my account and is now refusing to let me pay my remaining balance of about {$150.00}, or even to repay the {$250.00} through the normal XXXX app. Instead, they are demanding that I either ( 1 ) reverse the bank dispute ( which is not possible because the case is closed ), or ( 2 ) send a separate bank transfer. I want to pay what I owe. I am willing to pay both the {$250.00} and the {$150.00} if XXXX reinstates these balances into my XXXX account so I can pay them normally. However, XXXX is blocking me from doing so and keeping my account frozen. I believe this is unfair and retaliatory, since I followed the proper steps, tried to resolve it directly with XXXX first, and am still willing to pay.
