Demand for Full Refund of Car Loan Payment Demand for Full Refund of All Payments Made Toward Car Loan Due to Violations To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this complaint regarding a car loan I obtained through STATE EMPLOYEE CREDIT UNION.
