I am authorizing the submission of dispute letters and the filing of this complaint through the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX online system on my behalf. This authorization serves as confirmation that I have reviewed, approved, and directed these actions to ensure that my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) are fully protected. This is a formal complaint against ALLY FINANCIAL a data furnisher to the national credit reporting agencies, for their violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically 1681s-2 ( b ).
