Ive had XXXX transactions in the amounts listed below originally denied and closed. After providing my plane ticket proving I was not in the state, and explaining to discover my phone was lost along side my debit card I was again denied during the resubmitting as they said I authorized the transaction with conversation with the bank. Well news flash my phone as I described was not password protected, meaning any text that is needed to authorized a transaction could have been authorized by said theft. I would like my money returned. Discover has been a complete waste of time and fighting me on something I did not authorize or do.
