This company has reached out to me before maybe earlier this year or last looking for someone named XXXX. Ive had this phone number going on 2 years and did a c & d before in which they stopped contacting me at some point. I have been getting calls AGAIN for the last 4-5 days looking for XXXX but instead of the calls and emails like before they are calling private letting the phone ring maybe once then disconnecting and leaving me a voicemail to call the number i provided to you all and to call someone named XXXX. I finally call back today to again do a Cease and desist seeing their contacting me about XXXX ( its triggering at this point the ONLY person i know named XXXX is my great grandmother who passed away XXXX of this year ) and still grieving and dealing with that. Contacted them today advised them of the same and was told Im not the call list and they are not calling me .. after i proceeded to call the NUMBER that left ME a voicemail referencing that same number to call. I told them that if they dont stop contacting me i will seek legal action the guy told me do what i want and hung up .. called again got the same guy he hung up in my face called a third time got a woman who stated again i wasnt on a call list but after explaining AGAIN she then took me off the list again but i thought i wasnt on it?? I asked for a supervisor got connected they got upset with me AFTER i explained to them the terrible service and experience with the previous rep and that i was off the list in which i told him yeah because they lady who transferred me to him had JUST took me off again asking me why am i getting upset and belligerent and i explained AGAIN due to rude and unprofessional experience i had with his rep and continuing with him and as well as the lack of accountability and empathy for the harassment he then hangs up on me. I continued to call back to request speaking with another manager in which the same lady i spoke to before told me no and that i was blocked and hung up on me. Called back again trying to get another supervisor but kept getting supervisor XXXX who was continuing to be unprofessional not take accountability and get loud and disrespectful himself. All because they are failing to honor a c & d i requested months maybe a year ago and now since they have been sold the account again as XXXX said they got it this Friday they are calling again to a number that is not registered to the alleged customer etc. he threatened legal action against me for calling when i never would if i would stop getting contacted by them .. they would answer the phone when i call and just be silent and then when i rant or disclose that i am also recording or using this as proof and how disrespectful they were they would disc. The call. My final attempt at trying to reach a diff supervisor is when XXXX picked up and threatened legal action against me for c & d when that was my request from them wayyy back early XXXX or even XXXX when they were reaching out before and JUST started again XX/XX/XXXX i see their are other lawsuits and complaints about this company as well and will use that as more evidence against them.
