I'm writing to continue my formal dispute as I do not agree with the results of the investigation conducted regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX. According to XXXX XXXX, Experian, and Transunion this account has been flagged and updated with a new Charge-Off status on XX/XX/year>. XXXX XXXX and the credit bureaus seem to be in violation of FCRA and Metro 2 reporting laws. A proper investigation was not conducted and I'm afraid data points have been manipulated to perhaps improperly Re-Age my account which is further damaging my reputation with furnishers. According to FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 5 ) : Furnishers must report the true Date of First Delinquency ( DOFD ) .Please verify the Date of First Delinquency on this account and provide me with a copy of all results and the transcript of the call conducted to verify this information as it seems that after XXXX investigations the negligence continues and the unverified and inaccurate information continues to purposely be furnished on my credit report and has been damaging my reputation and caused adverse actions to be taken against me. If this can not be provided I urge you to delete/remove this account entirely from my credit report in a timely manner. Thank you.
