Issue Category : Vehicle Loan / Repossession Vehicle Damages & Missing Personal Property Complaint Narrative ( What happened ) : On XX/XX/XXXX, my vehicle was repossessed by Location Services. When I retrieved my vehicle, I discovered both physical damages front hood, rear bumper, etc. ) and missing personal property sunglasses, necklace, chargers, license plate, etc. ). I submitted a complaint to Location Services. Their investigation and response were completed in only a day or XXXX, and my complaint was denied. After receiving this denial, I requested that my complaint be escalated for further review because it involved both vehicle damages and missing property. Despite this, the same agent who denied my initial complaint handled the escalation. After several weeks of delay, I received a second denial, again from the same individual. The extended delay compared to the first investigation, combined with the lack of an independent review, raises serious concerns about the fairness and adequacy of Location Services process. Location Services denied my complaint stating the agent stated that the damages to my rear bumper was just dirt, that damages on the hood was caused by me going to the car wash after redepemtion and lastly agent also stated that I was giving all my personal property even after I had made a complaint about a specific license plate that was photographed while in agent procession. The agent response to me claiming my license plate was that it was never in my vehicle. There's an attachment of a photo that I received from the agent were if you look closely you can clearly see my license plate that was in my trunk at the time of repossession. What I want : A fair and independent reinvestigation of my complaint. Reimbursement or compensation for the damages to my vehicle and the value of my missing property.
