I was staying in some apartments that was based off my income.I started working and was told that if I wanted to stay in the unit that my rent would go up substantially.even though I informed management at the time that it was a temporary job for only six months.so she said I either sign the contract or move.so she kept calling the job that I was at pestering about signing and I told her that Im just go ahead and give them their apartment because I cant afford $ 1400 monthly.she said okay and I have her an intent to move and I went and stayed with my son.Three or four months later, I received a call from a constable wanting to know if I wanted anything out the apartment and I explained that I had moved months prior.and he asked did I notify management and I said yes.and he told me that they had been charging me rent and filed eviction on me.unknown to me.The management team changes like every four to five months and no one can ever find paperwork that is needed
