I got a call from Sunrise Debt Collectors. They told me I owed XXXX XXXX XXXX money. I remember in XXXX I think I got a charge from XXXX XXXX XXXX. It was a charge of about XXXX XXXX and then I got charged like XXXXXXXX XXXX possibly from them also. My credit card information was stolen, so I disputed the transaction. Now that I am writing it out, it may have been later that XXXX XXXX I think was a small XXXX XXXX charge in New York I got. Then my information got stolen another time that was much bigger. I remember the XXXXXXXX XXXX and XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, I did make a mistake and dispute and XXXX charge to a subscription I did pay for. So I could be mistaken about the XXXX XXXX but XXXX showed me what I paid for. These people, I tell them I think it is not from me, and that I have nothing to do with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I always used XXXX and then I used some XXXX before I got a good plan with XXXX which is now XXXX. I never used XXXX XXXX XXXX so I don't know how I owe them money. I tell them this, but they are just hard to communicate with. Then I saw it is on my credit report now. And I looked up how to deal with it. Next time they called, I requested a Debt Validation Letter. They say they sent me a statement already, but they can't send the statement again, and also a statement doesn't necessarily fulfill the requirements that the Debt Validation Letter is required to send. Now every time they call, and I ask them about this, they just hang up. But they don't stop calling me, and it is on my credit history this collections that I don't think is even mine.
