I have attached a letter to this complaint. Transunion has reinserted an account that had already been deleted and removed from my consumer report? why? I was never notified of this, as per law I have reached out to Transunion about this multiple times calling their call center where I can not seem to get reliable help regarding the manner and most times my calls end with their representatives hanging up on me. So please explain the errors and false misleading information on my report and the exact process being used to verify them as I honestly believe that they are illegally being reported to begin with and if they are removed as they should per law under 15 U.S.C. 16815-2 ( b ) ( i ). I never received a notice of reinsertion within 5 business days. what is going on Transunion???
